About Demas & Rosenthal, LLP

Our firm was formed in 1993 with a vision of helping and achieving justice for injury victims. Since then we have successfully handled a broad range of cases ranging from rear-end automobile collisions to complex defective product cases and claims against some of the largest insurance companies and corporations in America.

We currently have five attorneys in our office who only handle personal injury cases. Our attorneys are leaders in the personal injury field and educate other personal injury lawyers in California. Our office has received an "AV" rating, the highest possible national rating from Martindale-Hubbell. The "AV" rating is derived from confidential assessments by attorneys in the community as well as judges.  In addition to the highest attainable legal ability ratings, our office has been given the highest marks for "adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence." John Demas has been granted membership in to The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a respected professional organization with exclusive membership limited only to the most impressive trial attorneys. ABOTA is working to elevate the standards of integrity, honor, and courtesy in the legal profession.

Our excellent office staff and support team help us thoroughly prepare every case to win at arbitration, mediation or jury trial. The firm prides itself on providing caring service on a personal level to each client. Many of our clients have sustained very serious injuries or are suffering a tremendous loss. We make every effort to get to know our clients on a personal level. This not only helps our clients feel more comfortable with us, but more importantly, this allows us to represent our clientsmore effectively by truly understanding their injuries or loss.

We do NOT charge a fee until there has been a monetary recovery in our client's case and we advance all costs and expenses.
