November 26, 2012 - Demas Law Group: Ongoing Mushroom Poisoning Cases in California - As the investigation continues into the now infamous mushroom poisoning case at a senior care facility, a third person has died, although authorities have not released that individual’s identity. The care facility, Gold Age Villa, reported that a third death has been recorded in connection with mushroom poisoning determined to be from soup prepared by one of the workers at the center. The facility, located in Loomis, California, remains open with one resident pending the outcome of the investigation.
