John N. Demas, Esq.

Mr. Demas is a founding partner of Demas & Rosenthal, LLP. He has been exclusively representing injured victims for nearly fifteen years. He has successfully litigated and settled hundreds of personal injury cases and has extensive trial experience. He has been involved in class action litigation, representing hundreds of women in the Silicone Breast Implant Litigation as well as the diet-drug Phen-fen litigation. Many of his cases and results have been featured in local and national newspapers.

Mr. Demas is committed to insuring injury victims receive the best possible representation. He is very active in the legal community and is the President of the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association as well as a Board Member of the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer at seminars and conventions at the local and State level. Mr. Demas also serves as a Settlement Conference Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator in Sacramento County and as a Mediator for El Dorado County and Placer County. Mr. Demas is a graduate of the University of Pacific, and McGeorge School of Law, with Distinction. In his spare time, he likes to exercise, cycle, scuba dive, and hike and enjoys traveling. He was born in Greece and speaks Greek fluently.
