Barbara M. Wright, Paralegal to John N. Demas

Education: MTI School of Business & Technology

Barbara joined Demas & Rosenthal in January 2003 upon relocating to the Sacramento area from Southern California. She has several years experience working on personal injury cases involving wrongful death, product liability and negligence. She is responsible for managing Mr. Demas' case load while ensuring the client receives professional assistance throughout the handling of their claim. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family and riding her horses.

Amber Wheat- Assistant to Barbara Burks

Education: MTI School of Business a& Technology

Amber joined Demas & Rosenthal in December of 2007 while attending MTI. She is recently graduated with an AA in Paralegal Studies. She is responsible for ordering medical records, opening new files, talking to prospective clients, and maintaining John’s case load with Barbara. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She continues to periodically volunteer her time helping the local toy store she worked at while attending college.

Kristine Stapleton, Paralegal to S. David Rosenthal

Education: AS Degree in Paralegal Studies/Business

Kristine joined Demas & Rosenthal in December 2007. Kristine relocated to the Sacramento area in 2004 from the Monterey Bay area. She has 8 years of experience working on plaintiff personal injury cases and 2 years working in applicant worker’s compensation/employment law. She is responsible for managing Mr. Rosenthal’s case load and assisting in preparation of litigation documents. She enjoys spending time with her family, photography, hiking and golf.

Tina Echols

Tina Echols began working for Steven H. Schultz as his paralegal in August, 2007, after working insurance defense for 11 1/2 years with an emphasis on civil litigation construction defect and medical malpractice. She moved here from St. Louis, Missouri in December, 1999. Her hobbies include hiking, kayaking and any activity that is outdoors with her three dogs.
