John's confidence and his relaxing demeanor and his ability to spell out every step of the process for me, what's going to happen and how he's going to do it, I think was the last step for me to say, "Okay, you're the guy I need." He was just so upfront and honest, because he said, "I can't promise you that this will be solved in one week or one year." But, he got it solved in two weeks! (Chuckles) I thought that was pretty impressive. I'm very happy about my decision to go with Demas and Rosenthal!
