I like David because he talks straight to you, he answers your questions in a way that you understand. He doesn't make you feel like you're an idiot.

And John, like I said...I only had one encounter with him, but it was the biggest one because that was when I was getting the settlement check. He was polite, pleasant, and was willing to answer any questions that I had. He explained about whatever releases I had to sign.
