Another reason that our law firm is different than most is: we try cases. We go to trial when we have to go to trial. And if the settlement offers are too low, we’ll go to trial. What this does, and why this separates us from any other law firms, is that most attorneys simply don’t go to trial. They settle cases, and if you are known as an attorney who only settle cases and doesn’t go to trial, insurance companies known this, big companies we typically go against know this, and what happens is they make significantly less settlement offers than when dealing with us, because they know that if we want to we have the resources, ability, and experience to take a case to trial.
