Eric and his Legal Assistant Corina were FABULOUS! My case was not simple by any means and they worked tirelessly for me and my husband to be able to receive an excellent resolution to a case that I had no intention of filing. They were ALWAYS friendly, efficient, attentive and God willing I never have to see again in that setting! They always made sure to communicate with my doctors, therapist's, and with me! DEMAS LAW FIRM IS THE ONLY LAW FIRM IN MY PERSONAL OPINION. And it is always important to emphasize the hard work legal assistants do with and for attorney's. My older brother always told me to hire professionals when needed and let them do what they do. My case was appraised honestly. The difficulties and time frame were accurately explained. I let Erik manage the case as he suggested and let him do what was needed. I knew what I hoped the settlement would be. I would have made peace with half that amount. I received twice what I hoped for. The staff at Demas Law Group was always professional, responsive, courteous and friendly. I remembered reading a story many years ago in The Bee. Their reputation impressed me. When I needed an attorney an saw their name, it was an easy decision and a wise choice.

I was in a car accident that wasn’t my fault, and the other driver only carried minimum insurance. Katie and Veronica at Demas Law were absolutely AWESOME. They walked me through every step, including how to get my own insurance involved so I could actually be protected. They also negotiated directly with my health insurance to make sure all my medical bills were covered while I focused on getting back to good health. My husband and I got into a car crash in 2019, and the crash left him with permanent physical injuries and a neurological pain disorder. Attorney Kate and the Demas Law Group took amazing care of us. They fought for us and supported us for almost 7 years while the insurance company dragged things on. When the case finally closed, Kate continued to fight for us and reduced the medical expenses by around $65,000!
