Sylvia Zawadzka
Chief Operating Officer
With over a decade at Demas Law Group, P.C. since 2010, Sylvia Zawadzka infuses genuine enthusiasm and strength into the leading position she holds within the organization. She joined the organization as a Client Relations and Marketing Manager and grew to become the Chief Operating Officer based on her inherent leadership skills. Sylvia's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement resounds in the firm through her untiring efforts toward the highest possible quality service and support for each client.
Her leadership has improved clients' overall experience and furthered the firm's entire operations, thus making her an asset to the firm. Beyond managing client relations, Sylvia has supported some of the main organizational adjustments, smoothing administrative details to further the firm's success.
Sylvia is involved with her family outside the office and always plans her next trip to Italy.
Vanessa Villamil
Director of Legal Operations
Vanessa Villamil serves as the Director of Legal Operations and Senior Paralegal at Demas Law Group, having joined the firm in 2016. With over two decades of experience in the personal injury field, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her dual role. Born and raised in the Philippines, she is fluent in Tagalog and holds a degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University. Her passion for law began at an early age, and she has dedicated her career to helping others.
As a mother of two, Vanessa balances the demands of a busy family life with her professional responsibilities, where she oversees legal operations and manages complex personal injury cases. In her role as Director of Legal Operations, Vanessa focuses on streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the legal team in delivering exceptional client outcomes. Her leadership and commitment to excellence are key to the firm’s continued success.
Ariana Corti
Senior Paralegal
Ariana is a Senior Paralegal at Demas Law Group, P.C., with 20 years of experience in the legal field. She has held various roles throughout her career, from Legal Assistant and Paralegal to Law Firm Manager, with a background in insurance defense and personal injury litigation. At Demas Law Group, P.C., Ariana works closely with John Demas, assisting in all aspects of his cases, from pre-litigation to trial preparation. Known for her exceptional client care, Ariana excels at guiding individuals through difficult times, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
A devoted wife and mother of two soccer-playing boys, Ariana enjoys spending time camping and boating with her family. With strong Italian roots, she also loves to cook and is well-connected within the Sacramento community. Her extensive experience and dedication guarantee that every client receives the highest level of care and professionalism.
Breana Rubalcava

Bre takes great pride in being a 1st Generation College Graduate which has instilled in her the dedication and commitment to hard work. Combined with her strong passion for helping others, Bre thrives on creating solutions that make a positive impact on clients and colleagues alike. At Demas Law Group, Bre believes that hard work and collaboration are essential to achieving great results, and she’s always eager to lend a hand and support our team.
Outside of work, Bre enjoys Pilates, exploring new coffee shops, training for half marathons, & taking a stroll around McKinley park with her pup. Mochi.
Katelyn Hoffman
Paralegal
Katelyn Hoffman is one of our Paralegals. She received her Bachelor’s degree from UC Davis and later received her paralegal certificate from American River College. She has several years of experience supporting clients and attorneys in litigation. When Katelyn is not working hard for our clients, she can be found baking, playing piano or reading a book.

Angela Sanchez

Angela is an empathetic paralegal with a moral commitment to providing a supportive environment for our clients in the different phases of their legal lives. In this regard, she delivers her job at a personal level with great care and commitment, considering the challenges one goes through. She is a loving wife and mother outside of the job setting, who enjoys great times with her family and enjoys engaging in every moment that comes along in motherhood. Angela takes pride in making all our clients welcome and comfortable.
She believes it is not out of the ordinary to go over and above the call of duty by sincerely showing her concern for the well-being of her customers so as to help them get through those hard times.
Veronica Oato

Veronica is a value-driven paralegal whose prior experience has allowed her to successfully support and manage the caseloads of her attorneys. Veronica prioritizes her clients and their well-being above all. She is passionate about the work we do here at Demas Law Group and is always looking for opportunities to grow and develop her skills.
Outside of her professional life, Veronica loves crafting, she loves adding her personal touch to gifts for loved ones. A proud mother, she loves cheering on her kids at their sports games, celebrating their hard work and teamwork both on and off the field. Veronica also enjoys hitting the open road from time to time in her vintage car.
Anna Redmond
Intake Specialist
Anna Redmond is our lead Intake Specialist. She joined our team in 2023 after moving to California from upstate New York. She earned her bachelor's degree in political science from Stony Brook University, fueling her passion for helping others navigate the complexities of our legal system.
Known for her compassionate approach, Anna is dedicated to ensuring a seamless intake experience for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and discovering new local cafes. Anna also cherishes time spent with her beloved cat, Talulah, who keeps her company during her downtime.
