With over a decade at Demas Law Group, P.C. since 2010, Sylvia Zawadzka infuses genuine enthusiasm and strength into the leading position she holds within the organization. She joined the organization as a Client Relations and Marketing Manager and grew to become the Chief Operating Officer based on her inherent leadership skills. Sylvia’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement resounds in the firm through her untiring efforts toward the highest possible quality service and support for each client.

Her leadership has improved clients’ overall experience and furthered the firm’s entire operations, thus making her an asset to the firm. Beyond managing client relations, Sylvia has supported some of the main organizational adjustments, smoothing administrative details to further the firm’s success.

Sylvia is involved with her family outside the office and always plans her next trip to Italy.
