Demas Law Group, a California plaintiff’s farm injury law firm, has filed a lawsuit against Townsend Farms and Costco on behalf of a woman who fell ill by consuming tainted berries. The woman allegedly contracted Hepatitis A after eating fruit contained in “Townsend Farms Organic Anti-Oxidant Blend Frozen Berry Mix” sold by Costco.
